Description

Chemical duty oil-free diaphragm pump designed for chemical duty laboratory applications. Fisherbrand™ Vacuum System is for for evaporation and distillation in combination with rotary evaporators and gel dryers.

• Perfect for evaporation and distillation in combination with rotary evaporators and gel dryers
• Dry running diaphragm pump and all components coming into contact with vapours are chemically resistant even against acidic, basic and organic solvents
• Pump heads are made from PTFE with carbon fibre reinforcing to handle corrosive and aggressive vapors without damage
• Pumping chambers are hermetically separated from drive space, ensuring extended life of mechanical parts
• Pumps use PFTE diaphragms sandwiched to strong non-wetted backing and PEEK valves, which are chemical resistant and are hard wearing when compared to elastomer valves
• Gas ballast valve helps to preserve pump performance when working with condensable vapors
• Addition of digital vacuum gauge and manual regulator allows user to adjust to vacuum level required for their application
• Inlet separator protects pump for ingress of liquids and particles and exhaust emission condenser protects lab air quality
